Review Policy & Ethics

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to ITTE-2026 are subject to a rigorous peer-review process to ensure scientific quality and relevance. The process includes:

  • 1. Initial Screening: The editorial board checks the paper for formatting, scope, and basic requirements.
  • 2. Blind Review: Each paper is sent to at least two independent experts in the relevant field. We employ a single-blind review process.
  • 3. Evaluation Criteria: Reviewers assess originality, technical correctness, clarity, and contribution to the field.
  • 4. Final Decision: Based on the reviewers' reports, the Program Committee makes the final decision (Accept, Revise, or Reject).

Publication Ethics

ITTE-2026 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics. We strictly adhere to the guidelines set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

  • Plagiarism Policy: All submissions are checked for plagiarism. Papers with a similarity index above 15% will be rejected immediately.
  • Authorship: All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the research.
  • Originality: The paper must not have been published previously or be under consideration elsewhere.

"Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in the AIP Conference Proceedings (Scopus Indexed), subject to meeting AIP Publishing's scope and quality requirements."
